All was good except length of time needed to complete. I feel 1.5 hours is too long when you have an appointment for an oil change. Other wise good.

Excellent experience with the Service Department at Chevrolet Buick Marble Falls. The team was friendly, professional, and did a great job keeping me informed throughout the entire visit. Everything was handled efficiently, the work was completed correctly, and the communication from start to finish was excellent. What stands out most is how much the team genuinely seems to care about taking care of the customer rather than simply getting another vehicle through the shop. Questions were answered clearly, expectations were set appropriately, and the entire process was easy and straightforward. Great group of people and a service department I would absolutely trust with my vehicle again. Five stars all around!
